We transformed this wet and damaged basement with our CleanSpace wall system and WaterGuard drainage system. The combination of these patented waterproofing products will help protect this basement from water seepage for many years to come.
The last thing you want to see in your home is mold. Once it happens, what do you do? This homeowner had to refinish their entire basement due to the repeated seepage and water that'd get into their basement. So, they came to us. We first addressed the problem by adding drainage along the perimeter and beneath the walls of the basement, which would funnel the water directly into a sump pump—our TripleSafe©, the world's most reliable pumping system. It assures protection from the three reasons why basements will flood: pump failure, power failure, and a single pump being unable to keep up with the water volume in hard rain. For this waterproofing system, we knew we needed all 3 pumps that our TripleSafe© has to offer. Combined, they can remove up to 6,200 gallons of water per hour out of the basement. Finally, we installed our CleanSpace© Wall System, which would cover ugly basement walls and stop water vapor from permeating the walls, draining wall leaks into our perimeter drainage system. Now, this basement will stay dry for decades to come! If you'd like a FREE estimate for your home, contact us today!

When water is coming in the basement we have the best solutions. We were able to install a full perimeter drainage system to keep the basement from flooding. There was large amounts of water coming in through the cracks in the floor so we installed a interior drain to drain catch the water before it makes it into the basement.
