After having noticed water in their crawlspace, a recent client reached out for an air cleaning solution. WE met with this homeowner because he was having issues with water leaking into his daylight basement after the winter. We tend to receive more call during this time as everything is starting to melt. 

We installed our cleanspace wall system along with our smartpipe drainage to collect any of the water that is intruding and directing it the pump we installed in the crawlspace. To help with the any moisture we installed our aspen air system. These are high tech air purifiers that we highly recommend!

To fix this seeping basement, we installed our WaterGuard drainage system, a below-grade solution specifically engineered to draw in groundwater. Combined with our CleanSpace Wall System, a 20 mil plastic liner that drains wall seepage to the WaterGuard system, this solution is sure to keep the basement dry for years to come.

A recent client called in concerned about water in their basement while already having a sump pump. Instead of installing an additional pump, our Design Specialist found that adding a few drains would resolve the moisture challenge flawlessly.

To catch wall seepage and send it away from from the foundation, we installed a WaterGuard drainage system combined with our CleanSpace Wall System — then, installed our SuperSump, which can remove up to 2,650 gallons of water per hour out of the basement.
