To fix their basement leak, we installed a full-perimeter WaterGuard drainage system to capture water at the entry point of the basement, and a TripleSafe sump pump system to remove up to 6,400 gallons of water per hour. 

Have you noticed water coming into your basement garage? A recent customer of ours noticed their garage was getting a lot of water. They decided to have someone come out and take a look at it. They then installed French Drains around the outside of the home. The homeowners realized the French Drains were not working so they decided it would be best to call and have someone else come out. They gave us a call and we  got them on the schedule to meet with our specialist Eric. Once he got out there he quickly realized the homeowner was going to need one of our SuperSump Pump.  

This wet flooded basement was transformed into a dry, clean space after we installed proper perimeter drainage and a SuperSump Plus, which can remove up to 2,240 gallons of water per hour. Combined with our WaterGuard and CleanSpace Wall System, captured groundwater and wall seepage will be sent far from the foundation. 

This basement was flooded after a heavy thaw. To fix it, we installed a full-perimeter WaterGuard drainage system which connects to a state-of-the-art TripleSafe sump pump system, ensuring the basement stays dry all year round. 

We met with this homeowner because they had concerns with cracks on the basement floor and along the wall. We had  our System Design Specialist take a look at the home and the areas of concern. During this time they use a moisture reader to see if there is any water or moisture behind the walls as well. In this scenario, that was the case. 

We installed our waterguard system to direct any intruding water to the pump that will then direct the water outside of the home. We installed our cleanspace wall system along the the walls to also control the moisture and humidity. 

Lastly, we finished off the basement with our elite floor plank that is specifically designed for areas that often get water. If for any reason water does get under the flooring it, channels the water into the waterguard system so that no damage occurs.
