This homeowner's previous weak, open-air sump pump and loose, flimsy plastic liner couldn't fight the accumulating moisture and microbial growth developing in the crawl space. To fix it, we provided a thick, heavy 20 mil CleanSpace liner with microbial protection and a 25-year warranty against rips and tears. Then, we replaced the sump pump with a TripleSafe, a sump pump system with three pumps and triple protection against the common reasons that crawl spaces flood. Lastly, we installed our SilverGlo crawl space wall insulation, which reflects heat back into the crawl space for ultimate energy savings.
