This nasty, crumbling crawl space was made clean with our powerful SuperSump Plus — which can remove up to 2,240 gallons of water per hour out of the crawl space — then sealed with our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner. Lastly, its rotting beams has brand new support with our SmartJack system, which are built on engineered fill to address the root cause of settlement. 

This crawl space was crumbling due to moisture and wood rot in the support beams. To fix the problem for good, we waterproofed the crawl space with our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner, permanently separating the earth from the home. We then fortified our encapsulation with SilverGlo, R-11 graphite-infused foam panel insulation that reflects heat back into the home. Lastly, to support the weakened support beans, we installed our SmartJack system, which is proven to support loads far greater than common floor columns and can even lift sloping floors back to level.
