Due to water in the crawlspace, a customer called in looking for a sump pump solution. we installed a SuperSump which is a stat-of-the-art pump designed just for crawlspaces, SmartPipe for when the ground is leaking water and IceGuard, an adhesive that we put on the outside of the drain so that it cannot freeze.

Along the walls of this crawlspace we installed our insulation products to help mitigate high temperatures that could lead to other concerns.

When you encapsulate your crawl space it is a total transformation. This customer in particular required a full encapsulation in order to keep his crawl space dry and moisture-free. 

This crawl space was suffering from sagging floors and increased mold, wood rot, and dust mites. To fix it, we installed our SmartJack system, which immediately stabilizes crawl space beams and floor joists. It can lift the floors above toward its original elevation, and its engineered fill addresses problem soils, the root cause of foundation settlement. Then, we encapsulated the crawl space to permanently separate the earth from the home, prevent mold, wood rot, and dust mites from further developing. Lastly, to increase the insulation and energy efficiency of the home, we installed our SilverGlo, a 2" foamboard that is made of expanded polyethylene infused with graphite for superior R-value per inch.
