This customer called in with concerns of water coming into the crawlspace. There was already a vapor barrier installed so we added SmartPipe as a drainage system around the perimeter, which is the first custom-engineered drainage system for crawlspaces. A sump pump was placed as a pressure relief and water evacuation system. This customer also opted for the Aspen high performance air purifier to remove dust, pollen, gasses and viruses inside the living space of the home.
A client called in already having a sump pump in their crawlspace but was still getting a large amount of water. We replaced the sump pump with our SuperSump, a combination of patented and custom components that make up a highly efficient and reliable pressure relief and water evacuation system.
We transformed this nasty crawl space into a dry, insulated, and healthy environment with our CleanSpace vapor barrier, SilverGlo insulation boards, and SuperSump pump system. Moisture, humidity, nor cold drafts stand a chance against this crawl space now!
We upgraded this formerly damp, dirty, and musty crawl space into a dry, bright, and healthy environment. With our SilverGlo insulation boards, CleanSpace vapor barrier, TripleSafe sump pump, and SaniDry Sedona - moisture nor humidity stand a chance against this crawl space now!
Crawl spaces don't have to be flooded to be extremely unhealthy. Mold spores, odors, humidity and critters create a very unhealthy environment for families. Besides allergies, many people can go about their daily lives without realizing how their nasty crawl space is affecting their health and quality of life. This homeowner realized that, even though they had an encapsulation, the liner was leaking and the crawl space was in poor shape. To fix this, they contacted us to install our CleanSpace© crawl space encapsulation system with drainage matting and our SaniDry Sedona. Not only is their crawl space now a bright, attractive space in their home, but it's vapor-proof and safe to use for storage. Additionally, the low humidity means there's no new mold growth, and less pests. The homeowners were thrilled that their home is now healthier for many, many more years to come.
