Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

To keep this crawl space dry and fight microbial growth, we built a crawl space encapsulation with our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner, which provides antimicrobial protection and a 25-year warranty against rips and tears. 

To ensure this crawl space stays dry and healthy for years to come, we replaced the flimsy plastic liner with our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner and permanently sealed it around all edges, seams, and pipe penetrations. Then we installed a TripleSafe sump pump system, which can remove up to 6,400 gallons per hour, and our R-11 SilverGlo crawl space wall insulation. Combined, this crawl space stays dry during all seasons, and lowers the cost of homeownership by lowering energy bills. 

To keep the crawl space clean and dry, we installed our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner with R-11 SilverGlo crawl space insulation, which has a radiant barrier to reflect heat back into the home.

Here the customer was having a problem with water entering the basement through the window. We installed our SumpPump system to help trap the water and redirect it away from the home. 

As you can see here, this was the old insulation that was in the crawlspace of this home. It isn't attached properly and is doing no good. We installed our insulation products to help keep the temperature controlled and it looks clean and simple.
