To waterproof this crawl space, we installed our CleanSpace encapsulation system with SilverGlo insulation and drainage matting. Combined, this system permanently separates the earth from the home, and provides R-11 insulation to lower the cost of homeownership by lowering energy bills. 

To waterproof this crawl space, we replaced the flimsy, thin liner with our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner, manufactured in 7 layers with antimicrobial protection. 

We replaced this old, uncovered sump pump with a high quality SuperSump, which can remove up to 2,240 gallons per hour. It even includes an airtight lid and a WaterWatch alarm system that alerts the homeowner when water begins to rise above pump operating levels. 

In preparation for the winter, this homeowner asked us to install our R-11 value SilverGlo foamboard panel insulation. Infused with graphite, this insulation system will keep floors warmer in winter and last years to come, as it won't rot or support microbial growth. 

After their original vapor barrier began leaking, this homeowner asked us to install our CleanSpace encapsulation, built with a heavy 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner and includes a 25-year warranty against rips and tears.
