Imagine coming home every day to sagging floors - that was the reality for one Yakutat homeowner before they called us. To fix their settling home, our team of foundation experts installed 21 push piers, transferring the weight of the home from unstable soils and onto competent strata. Now, this home will stay level for many years to come! 

We permanently stabilized this cabin's sinking foundation by installing helical piers to transfer the weight of the home to load-bearing soil or bedrock. They were even able to lift the cabin back to its original position, ridding of any sign that there was ever a foundation problem to begin with!

This homeowner had seepage in their basement, and wanted to fix it for good.
