Before our encapsulation, this homeowner's crawl space insulation was soaked through and trapping moisture in the crawl space. To fix it, we replaced the insulation with our specialized crawl space foamboard insulation SilverGlo. It's a 2" foamboard infused with graphite for top notch R-value per inch, and its radiant barrier reflects heat back into the home for superior energy savings. From there, we encapsulated the crawl space with our heavy, thick 20 mil CleanSpace liner, which includes antimicrobial protection and a 25-year warranty against rips and tears.
