This is one of the basement units of a town home. These renters were having lots of water problems, especially during the colder months. Part of our solution was to install one of our Super Sump pump systems. This will collect the water flowing in and push it back outside of the unit. No matter the problem, we have the solution!

Facing a constant battle with water in their basement, this Anchorage homeowner knew it was time for a change. Spotting the problem - outdated pumps struggling to keep up, we swept in with a seamless solution. We permanently stabilized this home's sinking floors with the SmartJack system. These galvanized steel piers are fully adjustable, so they are able to permanently and immediately stop any signs of settlement and even lift the floors above back to their original position. 

To prevent their basement from flooding, this homeowner needed a stronger pump. They chose our TripleSafe© which includes two cast iron pumps and a D/C operated pump, ensuring that their basement stays dry even in times of power failure or higher water volume due to rain. 

This homeowner didn't want cold floors during the winter. To better protect her home from energy loss and water vapor, we installed a full encapsulation with our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace© liner, which comes with a 25-year warranty against rips or tears. We also installed our SilverGlo© crawl space wall insulation, or 2" foamboard panels infused with graphite and have a radiant barrier to reflect heat back into the home.
