It's created with a heavy 20 mil thick liner, which is manufactured in seven layers, including: a blend of high density polyethylene for puncture resistance, low density polyethylene for flexibility, and polyester cord reinforcement for brute tear resistance. Basically, this makes your crawl space far more accessible, since it won't tear when you step or crawl on it! This damp crawl space had a terrible musty smell. To fix it, we placed down our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner, encapsulating the crawl space with an added 25-year warranty against rips and tears. It's manufactured in 7 layers for optimal puncture resistance, brute tear resistance, and flexibility. Beneath it, we installed our Drainage Matting for added puncture resistance, durability, and a thermal break to the encapsulation.
