Loose, flimsy plastic lining couldn't protect this crawl space from moisture. Eventually, it led to rotting insulation that trapped mold and water and couldn't get dry. To fix it, we replaced the insulation with SilverGlo, a 2" foamboard insulation infused with graphite for high quality R-value per inch. Its radiant barrier also reflects heat back into the home for superior energy savings. Additionally, we replaced the flimsy liner with our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner, which is twice as thick as industry standard liners and comes with a 25 year warranty against rips and tears.
