To repair the high humidity and wood rot, we first installed our SmartJack system, which instantly lifts sagging crawl space beams and addresses the root cause of settlement. Then, we waterproofed the crawl space with our StarPipe drainage system and two SuperSumps, which, combined, can remove up to 4,480 gallons of water per hour from the crawl space.   From there, we sealed the vents and encapsulated the crawl space with our heavy, 20 mil CleanSpace liner and insulated with SilverGlo foam wall panel insulation, rated at an R-11 value. It even includes a radiant barrier to reflect heat back into the home for superior energy savings.
