Challenge
Already have a sump pump, a homeowner reached out to us with concerns regarding the amount of water in their crawlspace. Our System Design Specialist Eric met with the homeowners and researched their issues. He found that there was ground water accumulating at the base of the foundation and that their sump pump needed to be replaced.
Solution
To address the drainage issue, we installed Smart Pipe around the perimeter of the crawlspace. This drainage system is designed with holes on the top and front under a filter fabric that accepts water from the soil and drains it to the sump pump location. The SmartSump is designed just for crawlspaces, utilizing a combination of patented and custom components that make up a highly efficient and reliable water evacuation system, and this was used to replace their sump pump.
