This damp crawl space had a terrible musty smell. To fix it, we placed down our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner, encapsulating the crawl space with an added 25-year warranty against rips and tears. It's manufactured in 7 layers for optimal puncture resistance, brute tear resistance, and flexibility. Beneath it, we installed our Drainage Matting for added puncture resistance, durability, and a thermal break to the encapsulation.
