Nasty, Rotting Crawl Space in Anchorage, AK

This crawl space needed better support as its beams weakened due to wood rot. To support it, we installed our SmartJack system, which is installed on engineered fill to address the root cause of settlement. Then, we encapsulated the crawl space to permanently separate the home from the damp earth, and further fortified the encapsulation with our SilverGlo insulation, which includes a radiant barrier to reflect heat back into the home.
