This homeowner had never gotten a proper vapor barrier for their crawl space, and wanted to encapsulate the area before any problems could get worse. The liner they had ripped easily and was already growing mold just beneath the liner. We replaced it with our CleanSpace liner, a heavy liner that's over twice as thick as industry standard liners. It's manufactured in 7 layers for optimal puncture and brute tear resistance, as well as flexibility. Lastly, it includes antimicrobial protection and a 25-year warranty against rips and tears. We also installed our SilverGlo crawl space wall insulation, which reflects heat back into the home with its radiant barrier for superior energy savings.
