Drainage Matting
We installed our drainage matting along the floor of the crawl space. It's dimpled design prevents water from collecting beneath vapor barrier and instead directs it to a sump pump or drainage system.

Humidity Control
We added our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to the crawl space to eliminate musty odors, prevent mold growth, and promote drier and healthier air throughout the crawl space and home!

Our SmartSump crawl space sump pump has a high quality Zoeller 1/3 horse power cast iron pump with an automatic float switch and airtight lid.
