Challenge
A homeowner contacted us very concerned about the amount of water in their basement. We sent out our Design Specialist Eric, out as soon as possible to discuss their worries and find a solution to their issue.
Solution
He found that the permanent solution would be to install our TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe is a combination of patented and custom components that make up a highly efficient and reliable pressure relief and water evacuation system for basement water. It utilizes two 120v pumps and a 12v battery backup system.
