Our customer had called us because he had already installed a sump pump in his crawlspace but, he was still facing problems with water getting in and causing a mess. He was looking for a permanent solution so he would not have to deal with the stress anymore. In order to ensure that our customer would not have any more water problems in the future our specialist decided that they would need our CleanSpace, SmartPipe, and SaniDry products. The CleanSpace will ensure that the crawlspace is completely sealed off so that no water, bugs, or earth can get in. The SmartPipe wll act as a drain to the Sump Pump so if water ever tries to enter the perimeter of the home it will catch that water and kick it all to the pump. Did you just have your kitchen redone and you noticed your floors are sloping? A recent customer of ours was experiencing this very issue. He wasn't sure if it needed more supports or if it needed to be lifted. So he started asking some of his neighbors if they have noticed their kitchen floors slopping, because he thought if mine are theirs might be as well. All of them told him they have not noticed a thing, so he then turned to the internet to try and find other people with a similar issue. He went onto a couple of different websites to see if he would be able to find someone who could fix his problem. He then stumbled across our website and was looking through all of our pictures and all of our stories we had. He decided to give us a call and we were more than happy to get him on the schedule to meet with our specialist Eric.

     Two days before his appointment Eric gave the homeowners a call to introduce himself as well as confirm the address. When it was time for the appointment Eric met with the homeowners inside the home to talk with the homeowners and get an idea of what they are looking for as well as price. He then went and took a look at the kitchen floors on the inside of the home as well as under the home in the crawlspace. Once he was in the crawlspace he started taking measurement as well as pictures. While he was taking him measurement he was also making a rough sketch so he can write up his proposal. Once he was done in the crawlspace he went back in the home and sat down with the homeowners to write up the proposal. Eric decided SmartJacks would be the best option, so he wrote up a proposal for the SmartJacks. He also showed the homeowners a couple of pamphlets and well as videos demonstrating home they are installed as well as some facts on them.    After the homeowners sat down and talked about it they decided it would be the best option for them. They gave us a call and we got them on the schedule to have their project start. The foreman then sat down with the specialist for the job to run it over as well as make sure all questions were answered. While the foreman and the specialist were talking the installer was prepping the truck and making sure they had everything they needed as well as extra. About half way through the day the foreman met up with the homeowners to let them know how everything was going and give them an estimated time on when they will be done. The foreman then went back to finish the job. 

Once they were done the foreman made sure everything was perfect and nothing was wrong. Once he made sure everything was perfect he took pictures of the SmartJacks and the supports, he then showed the homeowners the pictures and made sure they were happy with everything and didn't have any further questions. While the foreman was talking to the homeowners the installer was in the crawlspace making sure any and all trash was out before they left the home.
